How school licensing works

Request a quote → we confirm seat count and pricing → you approve the agreement or purchase order → we provision student seats from your roster → your teachers and admins get their dashboards.

Google sign-in for students

Students sign in with their school Google account — no new passwords to reset.

Roster import

Send us your roster or upload a CSV of student emails, and we provision the seats for you.

Teacher assignment tools

Teachers assign lessons and homework by class and see scores, time spent, and weak topics.

Standards-aligned reporting

Progress mapped to Common Core standards for grades 6–10, by student and by class.

Student privacy first

Student data is never sold or used for advertising. Accounts are scoped to your school only.

One invoice, one renewal

Purchase orders welcome. Monthly or annual invoicing with all seats on a single bill.

Request a custom quote

Tell us your student count and we'll send pricing, a sample invoice, and a rollout plan — usually within one business day. Institutional licensing requires a minimum of 500 student licenses.

Enter 500 or more for institutional pricing.

We'll only use these details to prepare your quote.

District FAQ

How does the 15% discount work?

It's applied automatically to every seat in a school bundle: Premium is $12.75 per student per month instead of $15, and Elite is $17.00 instead of $20. There is no coupon to enter.

How do student accounts get created?

After your quote is approved we verify your school email domain, then provision accounts from a roster you provide — a CSV of student emails or an export from your student information system. Students sign in with their school Google account.

Can we mix Premium and Elite seats?

Yes. Tell us how many of each you need on your quote request and we'll price the bundle accordingly.

How are we billed?

One invoice for all seats, monthly or annually. Purchase orders are welcome, and your quote includes the exact per-seat math so it can go straight to your business office.

What if our enrollment changes mid-year?

Seats can be reassigned to new students at any time at no cost. If you need more seats than you purchased, we add them to your bundle and the change is prorated on your next invoice.

What grades does ClearMath AI cover?

Grades 6 through 10, aligned to Common Core standards — from ratios and proportions through algebra and geometry.

Is student data private?

Yes. Student work is used only to personalize their learning. We never sell student data or use it for advertising, and each school's data is isolated from every other school.
